QAH review: Introduction and Roadmap

 Attached is my review.  I used <ins> and <del> to indicate  changes.  Additionally, in places where I just changed the punctuation  (e.g., removed a comma), I made the text yellow.  (sorry that it is hard to  read the yellow).  -Lynne
