Manage your order 

Check the status of your order on our self-service portal. Be sure to keep your order number on hand, along with the email address or phone number you used to place the order.

  • Check your orders and their delivery status.
  • Cancel an order (provided it has not been processed and packed).
  • Change the delivery date/time.
  • Report a damaged product.
  • Give your furniture a second life.
  • Prepare your return.

So you’ve ordered from IKEA (thanks!) What happens next? Here’s a primer of the stages your order will go through before you receive it.

Order received

We have received your order and will process it as soon as possible. You still have time to cancel your order or change the delivery date/time.

Picking started

Your order is being processed. You can no longer cancel it, but if you do change your mind you can always return any articles you don’t want to keep (after delivery). See our return policy here.

Getting ready to send

Your order is being prepared for shipment.

On its way

Your order has been sent from our dispatcher and is on its way to you.

Delivered

Your order has been successfully delivered.
