Payment methods

You can use the following payment methods to pay for the products online and in-store:

  • ECPay Outlets: ECPay, Magic Appliance Center, 7-Eleven, RD Pawnshop, Gaisano Grand Mall, Tambunting, and LCC Mall 
• Installment Payment Plan (BDO, BPI, HSBC & Metrobank only)

In-store:

• E-wallets (GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay & Alipay)

Installment Payment Plan (IPP) 

IKEA has flexible payment options to make it easy and affordable to get the home you dream of 0% Installment Payment Plan (IPP) is available for the following:

Online and in-store:

• 3 months for a minimum of ₱10,000 
• 6 months for a minimum of ₱20,000

For online purchases, you can select to pay with our Installment Payment Plan during checkout.

For in-store purchases, simply inform the cashier that you would like to put your purchases on our Installment Payment Plan.

How to Make Payment through ECPay

1. Visit any ECPay authorized merchant partner near you to make a payment to 2C2P.
   a. ECPay
   b. Magic Appliance Center
   c. RD Pawnshop
   d. Gaisano Grand Mall
   e. Tambunting
   f. LCC Mall
2. Download or open Cliqq App, select 2C2P OTC biller under "Pay Bills" menu.
3. Insert the payment ref code provided in the IKEA order confirmation email as the payment code.
4. A barcode will be generated in Cliq App (status: Pending)
5. Submit the barcode to the cashier for the entry of payment details.
6. Verify the displayed amount against your payment slip and confirm.
7. Make the payment using cash.8. After payment, 2C2P OTC order status in CliqaApp will change to Posted

Learn how to Pay via 7-Eleven using CLIQQ App

1. Download the CLIQQ App on your mobile device.
2. Enter the payment reference code from your IKEA order confirmation email into the app.
3. A barcode will be generated in the CLIQQ app with a status of Pending.
4. Show the barcode to the cashier for payment processing.
5. Confirm the payment details by checking that the amount matches the one on your payment slip.
6. Pay with cash at the counter.
7. Once payment is complete, your 2C2P OTC order status in the CLIQQ app will update to Posted.

How to Make Payment through Bayad Center

1. Visit any Bayad Center branch or Bayad Center corporate partner outlets.
   a. Bayad Center
   b. Robinsons Department Store
   c. Villarcia
   d. Isetann (P.Tuazon, Carriedo, and Cubao only)
   e. PeraHubf. USSC Service Store
2. Bring your payment slip.
3. Fill out the Bayad Center Transaction Form (BCTG) and indicate the biller as: 2C2P Philippines, Inc.
4. Present the payment slip to the counter agents for entry of the Payment Reference Number.
5. Verify the displayed amount against your payment slip and confirm.
6. Pay the payment amount using cash or local bank car
